Design,supply and install cooling tower system for MRA2 Body Shop include 2 sets of cooling tower c/w motor, pump,gauges,piping,foundation and electrical.

Incoming supply for water and electrical being tapped from nearest water pipe and MSB.

System designed to cater a total number of 130 guns and 75% percentage usage at one time.

It has been design to run with 1 set at one time/alternately.Each cooling tower have dynamic pressure ratio of 16 bar, with feed-in pressure up to 10 bar. 2 bar is the guaranteeing minimum flow rate with maximum flow shall not exceed 1.5 - 2.0m/s and maximum cooling water at the welding guns/transformer is 30 c.
